Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a manufacturer and provider of environmental analysis solutions. Their core strengths are within the water testing products and laboratory services field. With heavy investment and a aggressive business plan this company is looking to significantly increase revenues over the next 5 years.
Brief:
To initiate, develop and successfully manage a customer portfolio within the Latin America region, whilst ensuring effective implementation and continued management of agents across the USA and South America. You will also work closely with renowned international establishments to deliver solutions and projects in line with strategic objectives.
Duties & Responsibility:

Ensure through continued research, networking and relationship management that the knowledge base of the Latin America region is exceptional.

Develop and implement best practice methods for successfully winning, retaining and developing business in South American countries.

To travel to Latin America 8-10 times a year for a period of 1-2 weeks at a time

Develop a strong working relationship with international agents and distributors in the region

To secure appointments at the appropriate level within prospective customers.

To deliver product and service solutions tailored to customers individual business needs.

Negotiate commercial terms that are both competitive and in line with company expectations

To successfully grow the region by ensuring that prospective customer requirements are clearly understood, defined and exceeded.

Understand and promote all aspects of the companies business and group’s wider capabilities.

Understand and work with all company procedures and policies.

Speaking to the regional customer base in their own dialect (Fluency in Spanish is essential)
