Client:
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen in a well respected and multibillion turnover Tyre manufacturer. Providing a full range for over 100 years across truck, car, van, industrial and agricultural sectors.
JOB PURPOSE:
To sell the Company's products and services, and provide relevant technical advice, within your geographical area and to achieve the business targets assigned, both in terms of Units, Margin, Market Share, Customer Base.
RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW:

Selling Tyre Group Brands to Fleets & Truck Tyre Dealers of all categories, responsible for adhering to the pricing strategy and performance targets.

Build a strong & deliverable annual business plan with each partner.

Developing new business by acquiring new Truck Fleets & Truck Dealers.

Grow and manage the dealer base for all brands, ensuring achievement of volume targets.

Develop bespoke business plans by dealer and maintain an up to date dealer profiler by account.

Analysis of the competitive landscape by finding and internally communicating (Marketing) relevant competitor information with special regard to prices, campaigns, new product introduction, product quality weaknesses and customer binding programmes.

Tracking and Management of Sales Performance by monitoring and analysing the development of unit and net sales, prices, mix, and market shares by customer, brand and product group within the sales area, delivering professional presentation identifying customer opportunity/requirements.

Build and develop strong working business relationships, achieving long term commitment and partnership.
The successful applicants will come from any Business to Business (B2B) sales / commercial background.
