Business Development ManagerOur Client is a leading manufacturer of Connectors to the Military & Aerospace markets, this organisation is recognised as a major global manufacturer of high quality interconnect solutions with excellent design-in capabilities. They continue to gain year on year growth and design-in wins on most major projects. They are now focussing their attention on further enhancing their reputation within the UK market. The requirement is for a Business Development Manager to pro-actively seek out and develop new contacts in our already established account base. The main emphasis is on ensuring we are leading the design-in on projects against the competition. The successful individual will be technically strong and commercially astute whilst also possessing a genuine drive to achieve substantial sales growth over the next 2-3 years.In return this company offers a competitive basic salary with a generous bonus scheme. Salary: £35,000-£45,000 plus industry leading benefits

Due to a strategic restructure they now have a requirement for a Sales Engineer, this individual will be responsible for Key account manangement and new business generation in the South, design in wins and the ability to offer customers a complete technical solution are fundamental to this position. It is expected that you will possess a technical qualification and over 3 years sales experience in the Interconnect/Electronics industry. Automotive Sales EngineerThis organisation is a world class manufacturer of Interconnect products into core industries, being design in focussed they continue to win market share from their rivals. Due to the expansion of their automotive team they now require an ambitious sales engineer to assist major accounts with technical support, project management, sales and pricing. You will also be expected to liase with commercial/engineering colleagues internationally.The sucessfull individual must be highly technical and have a strong connectors/harnessing knowledge. The ideal candidate would possess a technical degree and atleast 2 years sales experience.
