Our client is a leading European distributor of engineering and MRO products, they have a significant branch presence in over 10 countries. Their product portfolio is diverse and includes Seals, Gearboxes, Tools and Motors etc, this company offers it customers a one stop solution that includes supply chain and maintenence services. Due to this complete solution offering they continue to increase their turnover and share of the European MRO market. Because of strategic expansion this organisation is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and develop a team that is responsible for a growing area that already has a turnover in excess of £10 Million. The succesfull applicant will possess strong managerial attributes and have an ability to inspire the people that work for them. You will be highly strategic whilst still being very hands on in terms of high end business development. You must understand the MRO industry and have a demonstrable track record of achievement in an engineering sales enviroment.
