Candidates:

Most suitable candidates will have strong technical knowledge within mechanical engineering or rotating equipment, an understanding of electric motors, gearboxes or drives would also be ideal.

Our client is specifically looking for someone to support the sales team across the UK. your role will be office based and it will require you to offer technical & applications support to our OEM clients whilst also helping the sales team with their enquiries. The successful candidate would already be working in a similar technical role and be proficient with power transmission/mechanical engineering applications.

They are looking for a proven individual to help further enhance their technical expertise and success.

Role:

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

• A good understanding of industrial gearboxes & drives applications is desired, but a mechanical engineering background could also be suitable

• Demonstrate that you can communicate with external clients

• Excellent customer service and technical skills are essential

• Proven track record in dealing with OEM customers

• Product knowledge and all-round engineering expertise

• Ability to plan and manage your own workload
