Do you have a proven track record in the Metrology Industry? Are you looking for a move to a progressive and forward-thinking company?
Most suitable candidates will have experience within the metrology & microscopes industry and possess applications knowledge within the automotive, engineering and aerospace & defence sectors etc. This organisation is wanting to find an experienced technical sales professional or business development manager within the industry for this role.
Our client is specifically looking for someone to develop sales revenues for metrology products (microscopes, non-contact measurement solutions etc), the successful candidate would already be selling metrology solutions into the OEM & distribution sectors.
The role is to cover the North of the UK
Our client is one of the industry leaders within the metrology industry and has been established over 50 years. They have an established customer base and have achieved double digit growth year on year. They are looking for a proven individual from within the industry to help develop their sales in the North (sales target of £800,000).

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:
- Metrology industry experience with a good understanding of measurement applications
- Demonstrate that you can identify new business opportunities
- Excellent customer service and technical skills are essential
- Proven track record in account management and sales growth
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to plan and manage your own work load
