An exciting opportunity is now available within a manufacturer of modular buildings, this UK company sells into the Education, Healthcare, Construction sectors etc. my client offers the full solution of designing, building and installing their range of modular buildings across the UK. This commercial role is to further develop sales and increase their market share in the UK. They have excellent relationships with their customers and continue to enhance their reputation for both products and innovation.



Most suitable candidates will have experience within the modular buildings industry and possess excellent contacts. This organisation is wanting to look at an experienced sales professional or business development manager within the Modular Buildings industry as potential candidates for this role.


Our client is specifically looking for someone to win business from both end users & contractors, your role will be 60% new business development and 40% account management. It is expected that you will have a flair for identifying new project opportunities. The successful candidate would already be in a technical sales role and be proficient with Modular solutions.



The role is to cover the North of the UK (Birmingham to Scottish borders)


Experience required:

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:

  • Strong technical sales experience with a good understanding of Modular Building Solutions
  • Demonstrate that you can generate new business enquiries
  • Excellent customer service and account management skills are essential
  • Proven track record in the construction sector
  • Excellent product knowledge and sales skills
  • Ability to plan and manage your own work load
