One of the industry's leading manufacturers (Employing over 300 people) of Concrete Paving & Block Paving products for the House Builders Sector are looking for a Divisional Sales Manager. Our client boasts an impressive product offering and has UK revenues are in excess of £30 Million with strong growth in the last 5 years.
- You will have full sales management responsibility for a team of 5+ people
- Key Account management and delivery of sales results (Target £8 Million+)
- To strategise where to sell complete Block Paving and Masonry products and help in winning new business
- Developing & maintaining strong relationships with your sales team
- Creation of value-added propositions to also ensure business growth in the House Builders sector.
- Identifying & understanding both Industry and Product market trends.
- Competitor analysis to optimise sales opportunities.
You will have the ability to generate sales growth via business development techniques, you will also be a strong commercial sales manager and have the ability to influence major decision makers both internally and externally. You will possess exceptional knowledge of the Construction industry and ideally you will currently work in a similar role.
