Most suitable candidates will have experience within the Refrigeration industry with excellent contacts within the Contractors & Resellers sector. They must have a proven track record of bringing in new business as well as developing existing accounts revenues.
Our client is specifically looking for someone to develop sales revenues via solution selling, so the ideal candidate would already be in the Refrigeration industry.
The role is to cover Central UK (Anglia across to West Midlands, down to North London and Across East & West)
Our client is one of the market leaders within the Refrigeration & Controls industry. They have excellent relationships with their customers and have revenues in excess of £150 Million+. They are looking for a proven individual from within the industry to help develop their sales strategy and Refrigeration solutions proposition.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:
- HVAC Industry experience with a good understanding of refrigeration solutions
- Demonstrate that you can gain new business through existing contacts within the industry
- Excellent customer service and solution sales skills are essential
- Proven track record in account management
- Excellent HVAC & Refrigeration applications knowledge and negotiation skills
- Ability to hit KPI's and a sales target in excess of £1Million
