A leading provider of abrasives are looking to strengthen their UK sales team.
Recognised as one of the Industry's leading suppliers of abrasive solutions to industries that include transportation, construction & industrial etc. This organisation maintains its market leading reputation through offering tailored product solutions and leading technical expertise.
To attain a strong understanding of customer projects and requirements within sectors such as wind energy and automotive OEM's etc, to work alongside the engineering team to develop new and existing accounts. The key facets of this role will be to visit external OEM & end user customers with a view to account management and to help secure new business wins. The territory will be national and ideally, we are looking for a consultative technical sales professional based centrally in the UK.
Initially to develop our established OEM & end user customer base whilst also helping to seek out new requirements and projects, to gain a commercial understanding and in-depth technical knowledge of our range of Abrasive Solutions.
Reporting to the Sales Director the role will involve account management, specification of products, business development, and offering a consultative approach to customers.
Daily travel will be essential in this role; ideally candidates will be experienced within the Abrasives or Cutting Tools industries and will already have a strong customer facing pedigree.
