​Most suitable candidates will have experience within the hydraulic hoses or fluid power industries, and already possess excellent contacts within the process, energy, and industrial sectors. You must have a proven track record of developing sales with a keen eye for business development opportunities.

The ideal candidate would already have a demonstrable track record of revenue generation within technical sales, you must be strong from a technical viewpoint and understand how to sell via end users & distribution channels.

Our client is one of the leading providers of hydraulic hoses, couplings & fittings, they have excellent relationships with their customers and have revenues in excess of £100 Million. They are looking for a proven individual from within the industry to help further develop their sales in the South of the UK.

​Role:

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:

• Technical sales & industry experience with a good understanding of hydraulic hose applications

• Demonstrate that you can gain new sales using business development techniques

• Strong distribution management attributes

• Excellent customer service and engineering knowledge are essential

• Profitable revenue growth and negotiation skills

• Ability to plan and manage your own workload

• Already having industry contacts is desirable but not essential
