Key Responsibilities:
Offer pre-sales & technical support to our industrial OEM and end user customer base
To help the sales team with project enquiries and specification of robotic systems
Liaise with engineers and offer applications support to customers
Onsite project specification and proof of concept work
Putting together proposals and utilising emulation software
Visiting customers face to face and communicating via MS Teams
Requirements:
Apprenticeship/degree educated within electrical engineering or automation
A strong technical background in automation solutions & robotic systems
Strong applications knowledge and relationship building skills
Field based expereince & good communiucation skills
A methodical mindset, motivated personality and a willingness to offer the very best customer service
