Successful placements
This European industrial gearbox manufacturer was looking to recruit a new managing director for its UK subsidiary, on the recommendation of the exiting managing director Hayward Resourcing was commissioned via search & selection methods to find them a new business leader. We provided them with a strong 4-person shortlist and completed the whole recruitment process in just 9 weeks! The successful candidate was from a direct competitor with over 10 years industrial gearbox experience.
Coherent is a market leading manufacturer of Industrial & Fibre Laser solutions, headquartered in California they have a global turnover in excess of $1 Billion. Hayward Resourcing has recently completed the recruitment of a German based Sales Manager for the DACH region, utilising our international network of contacts and headhunting expertise this role was filled within 12 weeks.
Brush Turbomachinery is a British manufacturer of Generators & Turbo machinery, they turnover in excess of £50 Million and have a reputation for engineering excellence. Hayward Resourcing has recently completed a recruitment process for a Middle East Sales Manager based in Abu Dhabi, this was the third high profile placement we have made with Brush Turbomachinery in the last 18 months.
Flow Technology Group is a fast-growing UK group of companies that specialise in Hydraulics & Pneumatics. Hayward Resourcing was tasked in finding a technical sales professional that was an expert on Filtration products, this role was concluded recently and further strengthens the good work we do within all technical sectors.
Forbo is a large global organisation that employs over 5,000 people. We have recently filled two sales engineer positions for them within their belting division in the UK, both roles were filled within 5 weeks of Hayward Resourcing being given the go ahead to search for candidates.
Tobermore is based in Ireland and is a manufacturer of Block Paving solutions. Hayward Resourcing was tasked in helping Tobermore grow their commercial team, to date we have concluded multiple placements with this organisation and we continue to be on their PSL due to our construction industry knowledge and pro-active recruitment methods.
Vredestein is a Dutch manufacturer of tyres for the Car, Bus and Truck sectors, they are owned by Apollo tyres who turnover in excess of £1.6 Billion globally. This year Hayward Resourcing has recruited a new Agricultural Tyres Sales Manager for this organisation, this was on the back of completing a successful search and selection campaign for a new Managing Director for the UK business unit.
Congatec AG is a German manufacturer of Embedded Boards and solutions. Hayward Resourcing was tasked in finding a new UK Key Account Manager for this organisation and we filled the role quickly within 5 weeks.
