Key Responsibilities:
Offer technical support to our industrial OEM customer base
To help the sales team with project enquiries and specification of machine vision systems
Liaise with engineers and offer applications support to customers
Onsite commissioning and troubleshooting of machine vision systems
Development of software and interface solutions to ensure the smooth integration of the vision systems
Requirements:
Apprenticeship/degree educated within electrical engineering or automation
A strong technical background in automation solutions & machine vision systems
Strong applications knowledge and relationship building skills
Field based commissioning & trouble shooting experience
Some knowledge of PLC programming and software writing is required
