Candidates:
Most suitable candidates will have experience of selling electronic or electro-mechanical components into the OEM & manufacturing sectors, ideally you will already have a proven track record of B2B sales achievement in your career. We will also look at individuals from outside the industry that have strong business development skills and an aptitude to sell via technical specification.
This role requires a motivated individual that is comfortable working fully autonomously.
Target sectors include automotive, medical and special purpose machinery builders.

Client:
Our client is one of the leading providers of electro-mechanical components, products include switches and HMI's etc. They have excellent relationships with their OEM, panel builder and distribution sector customers. They are looking for a pro-active sales individual to help further develop their sales in the South of the UK.
Role:
You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:

Technical sales with a good understanding of specifying solutions to engineers

Demonstrate that you have a structured approach to business development
- Strong relationship building attributes

Excellent customer service and account management skills are essential

Profitable revenue growth and negotiation skills

Ability to plan and manage your own workload
- Already understanding how to sell electro-mechanical or electronic products is desirable
