Do you want to sell industrial lubricants and aftermarket solutions? Are you looking for a career move to a forward-thinking company within the industry that has excellent products and a renowned reputation?

Candidates:

​Most suitable candidates will have one to two years technical sales experience, ideally selling MRO solutions, industrial lubricants or power transmission products. You will already thrive on building customer relationships and developing sales revenues.

We are looking for a career minded individual who wants to develop a career in the industrial lubricants industry. You will be offered a 6-month induction programme that includes site visits with engineers to understand the product and applications, as well as joint visits with the technical sales manager so that you can develop your business development attributes and account management techniques.

This role requires a motivated individual that is comfortable working autonomously after the induction programme.

​Client:

Our client is one of the leading providers of industrial lubricant solutions, they have excellent relationships with their OEM, end user and distribution sector customers. They are looking for a junior sales engineer type individual to help further develop their end user sales in the aerospace, food & beverage and general engineering sectors (Initial sales target £750,000).  

​Role:

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:

  • A strong motivation to learn our industrial lubricants products and applications

  • Customer facing experience with a good understanding of selling technical solutions to engineers

  • Demonstrate that you have a structured approach to account management

  • Good relationship building attributes
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to plan and manage your own workload

  • Ideally with a mechanical engineering degree, although not essential
