Project Engineer (HAYAUT010)

​Most suitable candidates will already be working as a project engineer, you will also have a stable career history, coupled with the motivation and energy required to travel to customer sites on a daily basis. You must have the personality to develop relationships with our customers engineers and the expertise to conduct time efficient service work.

The ideal candidate would already have a strong understanding of automation & automated systems, ideally with some factory automation sensors applications knowledge.

Our client is one of the leading providers of automation solutions in the world. They have excellent relationships with their customers and have global revenues more than £250 Million. They are looking for a project engineer from within the industry to help support their customers in the UK.

​Role:

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:

• To provide excellent technical support and customer service to our customer base

• To assist the senior project manager with end user customer project requirements

• Demonstrate that you can perform installation and commissioning of our automation solutions

• Ideally you will have some knowledge of PLC programming 

• You will also be working with 3rd party suppliers and system integrators

• Excellent communication skills and all-round engineering knowledge are essential

• Ability to plan and manage your own workload

• An individual already performing an external project engineer role is desirable but not essential
