- New role looking after a UK sales territory (with a large concentration of accounts in the North)
- Focus on expanding sales of our masterbatch product range through the B2B sectors.
- Seeking a candidate with strategic sales skills and masterbatch industry experience.
- Emphasis on driving new sales opportunities through proactive business development.
🚀 Responsibilities:
- To deliver cutting-edge masterbatch solutions to B2B customers in the packaging, electronics, and manufacturing sectors.
- To also collaborate with distribution to provide commercial & technical support.
- Engage with customer engineers to understand their project needs and offer tailored solutions.
- To build a credible sale pipeline of potential new sales opportunities.
- Achievement of sales revenues in excess of £4 million.
💼 Desired Skills:
- Background in masterbatch sales.
- Proven track record in new business development.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to sell complex solutions.
