Candidates:
Most suitable candidates will have experience of selling electrical or electro-mechanical components into the aerospace & defence sectors, ideally you will already have a proven track record of major design-in sales achievement in your career. We are looking for individuals to develop project sales within the EMEA region, so it is expected that you will be familiar with the working patterns of an international role.
This role requires a motivated individual that is comfortable working fully autonomously.

Role:
You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:

Technical sales with a good understanding of specifying solutions to engineers

Demonstrate that you have a structured approach to business development
- Strong relationship building attributes

Excellent customer service and account management skills are essential

Profitable revenue growth and negotiation skills

Ability to plan and manage your own workload
- Already understanding how to sell electro-mechanical, electrical or electronic products is desirable
