An industry leading business that provides linear motion solutions into the OEM and machine building sectors, is now looking for a technical sales professional. This international organisation is well established and is looking for further sales growth in the Northern UK OEM sector, they have an impeccable reputation for engineering capability and reliability.

The Brief

• A new position has become available within the sales team to facilitate the growth of our linear motion product range within a Northern UK sales territory, sales target £1.2 million.

• We typically sell via the specification process, therefore strategic sales and technical attributes are desired.

• Importantly, we are looking for someone who can develop new sales opportunities through tenacious business development skills.

• The successful applicant will be delivering some of the most cutting-edge linear motion solutions in our industry to OEM customers in a variety of manufacturing sectors including automated machinery and off highway vehicles etc.

• As a technical sales professional you would be expected to liaise with engineers and offer applications support to customers.

• This important role demands a committed and dynamic person with an in-depth knowledge of how to sell technical solutions to our clients.

• It is imperative that you have a technical aptitude to learn our products, as well as a hunter type sales personality and an overall ability to forge long term customer relationships.
