Position:
As a technical sales specialist your main responsibility is to ensure project sales budgets and commercial objectives are achieved.
Primarily, this role is to develop new sales revenues via technical specification, it is expected that this will be accomplished using a strategic business development approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Account management of an established territory with revenues in excess of £3 million
Develop new sales opportunities through account growth and utilising business development skills
Deliver worldclass automation components and solutions to OEM, panel builders & machine builder customers
Liaise with engineers and offer applications support to customers
Sell technical solutions effectively with an in-depth knowledge of automation components including PLC's, HMI and sensing technologies etc
Requirements:
Background in selling automation/electrical components
Understanding how to look after key accounts, ensuring organic sales growth
Ability to meet sales targets and exceed expectations (sales area is currently over target)
The ability to hunt out new customers and win automation project sales
