Overview:
An exciting opportunity is now available within a leading provider of robotic solutions, this established organisation operates in the UK and has some differentiating niche solutions to complement its already comprehensive automation product portfolio. This business development manager role is all encompassing, with the emphasis on developing robotic systems revenues in the South of the UK.
Position:
As a business development manager your main responsibility is to ensure sales budgets (£2.5 million+) and commercial objectives are achieved.
- Primarily, this role is to develop new sales revenues via technical specification, it is expected that this will be accomplished using a strategic business development approach.
- You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, therefore account management skills are also required.
- You will be one of the key revenue generators for robotic systems, and will work closely with other sales team members and management individuals.
- It is expected that you will possess strong technical knowledge and a strategic sales mindset.
- You should be highly entrepreneurial, technically gifted and have the desire to ensure sales success.
- This is a hybrid role comprising, working from a home office, customer visits and MS teams meetings.
- Project order closing.
