​Most suitable candidates will currently be selling industrial connectors/e-mech components, and already possess strong experience of selling via the design-in cycle within OEM sectors. You must have a proven track record of developing project sales with a keen eye for business development opportunities.

They have well established relationships with their customers and have global revenues more than £800 Million+. They are looking for a proven individual from within the industry to help further develop their project sales in the UK OEM market.

​Role:

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:

• Technical sales ability & OEM industry knowledge (automation & electronics sectors etc)

• A good understanding of industrial connectors applications

• Demonstrate that you can gain new project sales using business development techniques

• key account management skills are also needed for this role

• Excellent customer service and solution orientated mindset

• Profitable revenue growth and strong negotiation skills

• Ability to plan and manage your own workload
